By using the Oyster app and getoyster.app, you accept the following terms. The service is provided by BULVAR.CO LIMITED (registered in the United Kingdom).
1. Description of the Service
Oyster is a gamified, AI-powered math learning service for grade 5–8 students.
2. Account and Use
- Child accounts may only be created by a parent or teacher.
- The user is responsible for account security and the confidentiality of login details.
- The service may not be used for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
3. Subscriptions and Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed through the App Store and Google Play. Unless canceled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the period. Cancellations are made through the relevant store account.
4. Intellectual Property
The app's content, design, trademarks and software belong to BULVAR.CO LIMITED and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". Learning outcomes depend on user effort; no specific academic result is guaranteed.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes are announced via the app or email.
